Rules & Policies

  • All sessions must be booked in person or by phone.

  • Sessions reset every 30 days; no rollovers.

  • Sauna add‑on memberships require a minimum 3‑month commitment. Early cancellation is not permitted.

  • Sessions are non‑transferable.

  • A 24‑hour cancellation policy applies. A $25 fee will be charged for no-shows.

  • No refunds; all sales are final.

  • A Brivo access card is required for entry.

  • Customers must be accompanied by a front desk staff member to gain access to the sauna room.
